Can be complicated

UPDATE. Customer Service is non exsistant. You get a curtesy email and that's it. Not heard anymore from them. Paid for cloud coverage but put wrong camera number in so asked if they would cancel that one and put it on new camera, nothing back. Now camera won't format the SD card so got to get brother in law back.. Good job don't have to pay him. Ended up getting brother in law in to do the logging on, as he had to sort the 2.4 from the 5 setting for it to log on. Only get a few days cloud then stops, does tell you in write up how long you get, so now got find where SD card goes. No instructions with it. Learnt from another post to use Alan key to tilt it.. We have another one of Ezviz cameras not had any problems with it. Do wish these sellers would put instructions in box, so we don't have to go on internet for them.

Installation was easy and the power connection bracket to camera well thought out. Up and sort of running quite easily although remember sd card Is Not included. The camera pans but does not tilt remotely, the provided Allen key is needed to set it in position. I had difficulty getting the A1 functions to trigger the floodlight, the excellent support team did their very best to help, but eventually I deleted all instances on all devices of the Ezviz app and reinstalled once. Everything started to work nicely after that. Less expensive than most but still quite expensive!
