We ship orders throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta — to a branch or parcel locker of your choice.
- Shipment within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery cost — according to Nova Poshta rates (paid upon receipt).
- You choose the city and branch directly on the checkout page.
Payment
- Online card payment — Visa / Mastercard via the secure WayForPay service.
- Cash on delivery — payment upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch.
- Bank transfer — for legal entities and sole proprietors; a manager will provide an invoice with all details.
Returns and exchanges
You can return or exchange the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order — regardless of whether it has a defect (Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights").
