Amazon goods in Ukraine: what is stock and how we check it

Amazstock is a store for stock electronics, appliances, and accessories. This article briefly summarizes where the products come from, how to read the product condition in the product card, what we check before shipping, and how delivery, returns, and warranty work. Everything below is the same as the terms on the "About Us", "Delivery, Payment and Returns", and "Warranty and Returns" pages.

What are stock products

Stock products are surplus inventory and liquidation items. They come to us from European warehouses, retail chains, and distribution centers — a significant portion from stocks in Germany and other EU countries, including Amazon warehouses. Hence the assortment: not one line of one brand, but various products from different manufacturers that are regularly updated. Availability is updated in real-time: as soon as an item is sold or reserved, it disappears from sale.

New or used: how the condition is marked

The condition of the product is indicated in the product card. Products that are not new have a "Used" mark on the photo in the catalog and a "Condition" line in the specifications. If there is no mark, the product is sold as new. On category pages where there are both new and used products, the condition can be selected using the "New" or "Used" filter.

The catalogue currently has 861 items in stock; of them marked “Used” — 28, with an Amazon price for comparison — 76 (as of 13 October 2026).

The images in the product cards are stock (catalog) photos of the model. The actual package contents are described in the product card.

What we check

All equipment is checked before shipment. Our rule is honest information about the condition, completeness, and specifications of the product: all this is indicated in the card before ordering. For stock, discounted, and "Used" category items, individual warranty terms apply — they are specified in the product card.

Amazon price next to ours

For some items, a crossed-out price of this model on Amazon is shown next to our price. This is the price of a new product, converted into hryvnia at the NBU exchange rate; it is shown only if the data is fresh (no older than 45 days) and the price on Amazon is at least 10% higher than ours. On category pages, such items can be found using the "Discounted to Amazon price" filter or the "Best value" sorting.

Delivery and payment

Returns within 14 days

The product can be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, even if it has no defects. We accept products of proper quality if they have not been used, their commercial appearance, packaging, and full completeness are preserved, and there is proof of purchase. Return shipping of such a product is paid by the buyer according to "Nova Poshta" rates. If the product has a defect, was damaged in transit, or was sent by mistake, the store pays for shipping both ways. We refund funds using the same method as the payment, no later than 10 days from the day we receive the product.

Warranty

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hidden flaws discovered during proper operation. It does not cover mechanical damage, moisture ingress, unauthorized repairs, and natural wear and tear of batteries, cables, and connectors. To process a warranty claim, write to us with your order number and a description of the problem — if possible, with photos or video.
